Each stage in  the web development process has a well defined start and finish. Cost estimates are based on experience, but by rationally breaking down a project into tasks of at least 2 hours and at most 2 days, Morningtime has a way to come to accurate quotes.

Quotes are based on the standard hourly rate of 80 EUR (excl. VAT). Morningtime does not work on fixed price basis. It is not fair to overcharge some clients  while undercharging others.
